Blissful Apartments offers a variety of furnished apartment options for short and longer flexible lease terms. Our tenants vary from domestic to international students, UCLA faculty, interns and young professionals, and families.

All the apartments have spacious living rooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen.
Distance:
All Blissful Apartments are located in a very safe and upscale Westwood neighborhood and 5 minute driving distance to UCLA & Westwood Village. They’re also a 2 minute walk to a bus station that takes you right into Westwood Village (about a 5 minute bus ride)
Furniture:
All of Blissful Apartments are charming and modern with hardwood floors and crown moldings. Each unit is fully furnished with high end furniture from West Elm and Crate and Barrel and includes mattresses and comfortable beds, pull out sofa beds, ample closet space, 2 plasma TV’s, dining room table and chairs, fully stocked kitchen for every cooking need, and optional towels and linens.
Utilities:
Water, trash, and gardening are all included in the rent.
Laundry:
Laundry facilities are available on premises.
Cleaning Service:
Blissful Apartments provides cleaning prior to new tenant’s arrival.
Parking:
Street with permit and garage parking spaces are available. Please inquire.
Pricing:
Our pricing is standard for a minimum 3-month contract. If you need a lease that is shorter, rent will be higher.
Deposit:
A security deposit is required and returned while moving-out (minus cleaning fee and damages).
Visitors:
If there is an overnight guest who is planning on staying more than 3 nights, residents have to inform Blissful Apartments in advance.
Rules and Regulations:
No illegal drugs. Noise level must be kept at a reasonable level. The apartments must be kept clean at all times especially common areas. Blissful Apartments reserves the right to enter the premises when necessary for maintenance or cleaning by giving an advanced notice.
